Important Deadlines for Students
As time is required to review medical documentation, meet with an Access Advisor, and provide your Accommodation Letter to your faculty members with sufficient advance notice, please take careful note of the following deadlines:
Spring 2024 Semester Deadlines:
- Last day to submit appropriate documentation to Access and Inclusion Services – May 30
- Last day to meet with an Access Advisor or request changes to existing accommodations for current semester – June 6, Appointments are subject to availability.
- Last day to send your Accommodation Letter to your faculty members – June 10
Missing any of these deadlines will result in delaying your access to accommodations until the following semester.

- For Midterm Exams
- 9: 00 a.m.
- 10:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m.
- 12:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. (no 5:00 p.m. seating on Fridays; during Spring/Summer semester; or during Reading Week)
- For Final Exams
- 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m
